3D ATOM is an architectural visualization studio in Vapi, Gujarat, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information through 3datome.com and enquiries related to our services.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, project type, required service, plot size, number of floors, message and any floor-plan file you choose to upload. Please share only information and files you are authorised to provide and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
If you submit a review, we collect your name, service, rating and review text. Approved reviews may appear publicly with the name and text supplied. Do not include private contact details in a review.
3D ATOM AI assistant
AI messages and reference images you submit are processed by the configured provider, Google Gemini or OpenAI, for conceptual architectural suggestions. Avoid contact details and confidential or sensitive information in chat. This website does not store chats or reference images on its server. Text history stays in this browser tab for up to two hours and can be cleared using the assistant history button. Earlier images are not retained as conversation context. Requests use the provider request non-storage setting where supported. Provider retention rules still apply. Google unpaid Gemini services may use submitted content and responses to improve products and may involve human review; do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive data. Google paid services have different data-use terms. See Google Gemini API terms at https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms and OpenAI API data policies. AI answers may be inaccurate and need qualified professional review before use.
Project enquiries are saved separately only after explicit consent, in the existing private studio enquiry records and, if enabled, the studio Google Sheet. WhatsApp messages are sent only by your action. AI usage reports contain aggregate daily tokens and estimated costs, without chat content. Salted daily abuse-limiting identifiers expire within two days. Contact the studio to request deletion of saved enquiries, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss design requirements, prepare quotations, provide requested services, maintain customer records and protect the website from spam or misuse. Submitting an enquiry permits us to contact you about that request; you do not need to accept advertising cookies to submit it.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in the website database. Uploaded floor plans are kept in private file storage, accessible to the authorised studio administrator. Our website and infrastructure providers process information to operate these services. If the studio enables its Google Sheets enquiry integration, enquiry records may also be copied to a studio-controlled Google Sheet for follow-up.
We do not sell enquiry details or floor plans. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, customers or services. Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Browser storage remembers your theme and whether an enquiry popup has been shown. Administrator sign-in may use necessary authentication cookies.
If Meta Pixel is configured, we ask for permission before enabling advertising cookies. With permission, Meta may receive page-view events, successful enquiry-submission events and clicks on phone or WhatsApp links, together with browser, device, IP address, page URL and cookie identifiers. This helps measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Clicking a contact link does not confirm a call or conversation took place.
Our Pixel event code does not intentionally send form field values, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or uploaded floor plans to Meta. Avoid placing personal information in website URLs. When enabled, Meta may use identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc under its own policies. You can decline advertising cookies, reopen cookie preferences to change your choice, or clear cookies through your browser.

External services
Opening WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps or another external service takes you to that provider, which handles information under its own privacy policy. A WhatsApp link prepares a message; you decide whether to send it.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to handle enquiries, deliver services, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. Retention varies with the purpose and applicable requirements. We use restricted access and private file storage, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
